Draft policy · Effective 08 November 2026
CountTen Studios is building a small, respectful home for games and the people who play them. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you create an account, we may receive your email address, display name, avatar, and authentication provider details. When you contact support, we store the message and contact details needed to respond. The launcher may later collect basic installation and update information.
How we use it
We use account information to sign you in, show your game library, deliver support, and provide downloads you are entitled to access. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Services we use
CountTen uses Supabase for authentication and account data, Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, and Steam when you choose to link or purchase through Steam. Each service handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account information. Contact us through support and we will help with the request.
